I remember when that took place. I was stationed at Ft Bragg, NC. I'll never forget watching the news footage of those savages dragging the bodies of the dead soldiers through the streets.

As a retired U.S. Army officer I find the events of Mogadishu disgusting. Secretary of Defense Les Aspin was lucky he died before his as-spin could be called before a Congressional Committee to account for his urine poor policy making.
