Default dual exhaust kits

hey...anyone know of a company that makes a true dual exhaust kit for g-bodys with pontiac engine? i know pypes makes something, but they're listed for cars with corporate engines so the down pipes would be different. and i think they're a bit on the expensive side. also this is for a car with stock exhaust manifolds. thanks

none with pontiac motors, head pipe sections must be fab'ed to match up to pypes system. biggest is issue the double hump crossmember.

On my 79 regal with a 400 I used stock log manifolds with 70 gto headpipes.I had a muffler shop put anoffset in the pipe to clear the stock crossmember. The mufflers ended up in the correct place to use the 86 442 tailpipes.

There is a guy from a G-body forum who makes real high-quality double-hump crossmembers for the G-body cars. They are called "Icemembers" and go, I think for about $175 shipped. Can't recall exactly, but if you need to get in touch with him, let me know and I'll find his e-mail and name.

yea i found out about those crossmembers from the monte ss board. look nice, but i think i'm gonna cut mine and weld in a U for clearance. i found a place online that has prebent kits with flowmaster 40s for $179, not too bad i don't think, but the exit under the rear bumber, which i'm not too wild about on my grand prix. but, thanks for the info guys.
