I never realized that fuel continues to be pulled from the accelerator pump nozzles?

Sure does if you don't have your carb set up properly.

4 venturi rings look to provide ideal atomization ( does Holley make emulsion occur like a Q-JET?)

Accel pump Pri and Sec seemed mormal. But both drool at WOT?..hmmm.

That is the normal Down-leg booster design that Holley has used since the 1960s, HIS.
Have you checked the fuel level in the bowls, SSR?

According to Holley Tech, latter model carbs with rubber accelerator pump checks are prone to pullover due to vibration causing the rubber check to act as a small pump. If that’s the cause, switching to ball check bowls would fix it.
