Al,
FWIW if you have AC as I do,
according to the dealer sales lit you could not get the tissue dispenser.
Reason being the duct would push the TD out to far into the passenger compartment.
I had an NOS TD and did the lay out and it just didn't look/fit right.

I have seen a few 66-67 A-Body models with AC that did have the TD installed but again it just didn't look right.

Thanks for the heads up... I didn't even think about that but it makes perfect sence. I guess I'll install it in the GTO then..
