I dont think that the HEI will fit with a/c.
With a/c its normally such a PITA that I remove the complete distributor to work on it. In this case I would do a pertronics conversion or small cap HEI

I agree with Cammer-6, the large 70's style HEI will not fit with A/C (I owned a 66 A/C Sprint until about a year ago) but the smaller 80's style HEI as used with the 4.3 V-6's is the same size as the stock points Dist.
Just stumbled on this guy that coverts your dist to a small body HEI, he doesn't list a OHC-6, but I would contact him to see if he would be willing to do it. http://www.davessmallbodyheis.com/
