Default Sources for Parts ?

I have been slowly buying parts in anticipation of a complete overhaul in the future. I have bought stuff from Jerry Woodland and ebay but that's about it. I beleieve there was one other guy that sold all of his inventory and closed his business.

Are there other sources for OHC parts out there? Pistons / valves / correct "H" cam is what I am looking for.

Try Kantner engine parts, they list everything except the H cam, just the 4 barrell E-cam

PMD,
Not sure if it is Rich McDonough you are referring to,
but sadly he is in a bad place in life right now and is selling off all his parts.
I would encourage all OHC owners to at least see if there is something he has that you may need, please check with him first.
I hate to see anyone down, even more so when it's one of our own.

Basic stuff for a rebuild. Sources for pistons, valves, cams, etc. I suppose I should have written some of this down over the years but I never did.

Yes I am referring to Rich. I did not know he was having problems, I am sorry to hear that. Is there a list of the things that he has that you can share?

Thanks

Marc

I stopped by Rich's place the week before Thanksgiving and got the DVD's and a couple upper sprockets. I talked to him on the phone around Dec. 28th with the intention of purchasing a 250 crank and flexplate. I have to find time to drive down there (~300 miles, but on my way to visit family and friends in CA) and pick them up. Interesting guy!

I haven't made the time to sit down and watch them, but they are supposed to be tech video's he put together on the various parts of the OHC Pontiac.

He's a call and ask what he has deal. He's kinda clearing his garage so not really bringing anything new into his inventory. But he had a pretty decent inventory of stuff on shelves in his garage and a few blocks, cranks, heads, etc laying around too.
