Default WTB - 1966 Smog, Tri-Power

Looking to purchase “anything” that pertains to the 1966 Tri-Power with A.I.R. (Smog).

Air pump air cleaner with clamps, check valves, steel pipes, moulded rubber hose, brackets, tower hose clamps, etc.

Thanks, Chris

Hi Jack,

That unit you show seems to be a 67.

Thank you for answering and posting the photo.

Chris.

Chris,
How can you so easily ID that as a 67? I'd like to know.
I have A.I.R. extras too and wouldn't know how to tell if they are 66 or 67 (they are one of those for sure)

vidguy,

I’m just going by the “by-pass” valve he is showing.

1967 “used” this valve.
1966 “did not” use this by-pass valve as you can see in my post #1.

I have owned 3 1967 Fremont built, California sold cars with this system.

The 67 HO 4 spd. below was my last WV car.

Chris.

Jack,

WOW, if it’s the same items, then that’s a heck of a price increase! Figures.

That’s hilarious, LOL.

Thanks for that!

I just found (on Craigslist) and made a deal on a good mix of '66 Tri Power smog stuff. Crazy hard to find!

If you got out of California you wouldn't have have to worry about that junk. PS, don't come here.
