ive been talkin to a dealer bout buyin a 06 gto 6speed orange/black.the dealer told me he would let me have it for 32,850 he said the msrp is 33,690.i tried to offer him 30k for it on the road is 32,850 a good price for it

Not even a grand off MSRP? If that's all he's willing to go I'd look elsewhere or wait until April or May. That's about when GM and dealers started to lighten up last year.
Or unless you absolutely have to have an orange one, go for an '05. The differences are very minor.

I'd find an 05, it has a $2K rebate right now. Orange is 06 only and they have $500 rebate.

Out the door that's not a bad deal for an '06 right now. But personally, I'd wait a few months until the incentives get better and there's a larger inventory to choose from. Plus, unless the car's going to be tucked in a garage until Spring, you would need to immediately invest in some snow tires...and risk having your shiny new car beaten up by the winter weather and roads.

i probaly wont drive it till spring i never drive any of my good cars in bad weather

That is about what I had to pay for mine. I just picked up an IBM M6 last Wed. My lease was up on another car- so I had to jump. Will have a beater next year. I love this car and would really have a hard time buying now and parking it......IMHO. If you can wait, go ahead. If the car has no miles (4 was on mine), you may want to get it.
