Look at ebay and closed sales......around 70 or more listed for sale with maybe six selling.

2006s are around $16,000 for the deals

These are a really good buy right now, and a lot of fun.

** The BLACK BOOK updates their prices every week so one of the most up to date price guides, I have found. Subscription, though.

I'm looking for one myself now. I've looked at 3 of them in the last week and the highest asking price was $12k. These cars were all between 80-100k on the mileage but all very nice cars. They have all been for sale for quite a while too. Even a few years later and with prices way down they don't seem to be hot sellers. Weird really.

Well I said I wouldn't even think about it.........just sold the 05 tonight for $19,000!!!
The buyer was very happy seeing how the car only has 5,408 miles on the clock.

Good timing on this thread.....

Starting the looking process for an 04-06 GTO.... Seems like the low mileage ones <20,000 still get good money.... as they should.

I am OK with one with higher mileage, because I am looking to be no more then $15K for one.....

LOL.... how are these things in the snow?

Umm, they suck in the snow lol. We had that big snow storm a few weeks back. The roads were clear and clean but we still had snow and ice in the yard. My garage exits off of a concrete pad and then a short grassy area to the driveway. The grass was covered in about 4 inches of snow and as soon as the car it it. Bam. Stuck. Had to dig it out.

Probably just as bad as a Trans Am.

The traction control has saved me a few times in the rain.... But you still have to be careful.

They are the best bang for the buck car out there. What else can you buy with an LS2 for that price? And they are comfortable, and the interior is amazing.

I just purchased an 06 cyclone grey 6spd last night with the 18 inch wheels , new tires, all new drilled and slotted rotors with pads. Has 67K on the clock and paid $16.5 for it, clean car well maintained, been wanting one for awhile, pick it up from the dealer tomorrow night, cant wait.

Nice deal. I'm looking for a 6spd car myself to park next to my auto 05. I'd take an 04 with miles on it just to get a cheap fun car to drive.
