Some really nice work on the carb airhorns! Did you open up the venturis and if so how much?

Default Very nice setup.

Care to share any specs?

Such as venturi sizes, jetting?

Any shots of the intake without the carbs?

Inquiring minds really want to know.

I dont have any pics of the current alu. intake put here are some pics of the '65 intake that was ported and had a plate welded to it so it would take the larger center carb. Jetting is 86-83-86. The guy that did them said there was 37% increase over the stock '65 tri-power carbs.

Those jet sizes must be Holley jets, not Rochester. I can't imagine a jet of .086" working in the end carbs.

With a stock Tripower end carb, if you run larger than about .075", the mixture stays the same. In fact, a friend of mine with a fairly radical 421 (back in the late '70's) tried removing the jets from the end carbs (ran without jets) with no different result than the .075" jets.

Yes, is anything happening with the high aluminum Tripower manifold?

The coolness factor is off the charts!
I love a build that takes a more challenging direction.

That is Rochester jetting not Holley. We are in the 90s now.
