Emeryville, Ca. - Just north of Oakland, Ca. and close to Richmond, Ca. out by the bay. Back in the late 1970's I spent every Sat. going through 10 to 15 wrecking yards in a row in Richmond and filled my pick up (bed and cab) with everything from GTO's. I wouldn't even stop at a Tempest or Lemans because there were a dozen GTO's.

If I only knew!

Cool pictures there! The newest thing I can find is a white '66 Chevy wagon, so maybe late 60's pics?

There is/was a guy in Vallejo..or American Canyon.. out on Green Island road called Brians auto salvage. He always had a lot of Pontiacs...and had a very nice '64 Grand Prix sitting in his personal garage. Use to go out there in the 80's quite a bit. Went out there about 7-8 years ago...still in business...and still had a bunch of old Pontiacs..

Good old Rice and Holdup. I worked across the street from them in the early 80's. I don't remember that car though.

This is my Wife's great Uncle Duffy's "new" car.

And his new motorcycle. Can anyone tell me what kind of bike it is? It's the only picture we have.
