Looks like Emeryville, Ca.
Emeryville, Ca. - Just north of Oakland, Ca. and close to Richmond, Ca. out by the bay. Back in the late 1970's I spent every Sat. going through 10 to 15 wrecking yards in a row in Richmond and filled my pick up (bed and cab) with everything from GTO's. I wouldn't even stop at a Tempest or Lemans because there were a dozen GTO's.

Good old Rice and Holdup. I worked across the street from them in the early 80's. I don't remember that car though.
