The accelerator pump diameter is larger on the end carbs in 1959~1965 than the center

1957 and 1958 all three are small.

1966 all three are large.

Default acc pump size

why I asked. when my buddy and me installed the acc pumps with the Viton seals with the garter springs the center carb worked great but both outer carbs stuck. so we put back the acc pumps we took out from the outer carbs and every thing ran well again. thanks bob.

The Kits have different pumps in them for the 65 and earlier carbs (1959), Center vs Ends. Why you need to be sure the guy gives you 1 'Center' kit and 2 'End' kits. I have had them screw me up on that deal if i wasn't paying attention.
