Friend of mine had to go into Saskatchewan from Edmonton, Canada and came across a guy towing this!
Said he just brought it back from the US. Said it was real! Didn't get much information on it as they were driving side by side then he turned off. Only 108 built, are they all accounted for? Or could it be the real thing? |

Power antenna equals not a Judge. Still a shame to see it getting a fresh coat of tin worm salt and road grit blasting.

Probably added at the same time as the trim rings. Could still be real though - who knows what some dumbass might have done back in the 80s

I’m making my call on the odds, 7,000 GTO convertibles, 100 judge convertibles. Add the power antenna and it’s pretty darn good odds it not a judge.

The spoiler on the rear deck lid is aftermarket....the factory rear spoilers
have a very thin rear edge, not thick like the one on the car. The very first Judge prototype built by Royal Pontiac had a power antenna, so the car is in good company in that regard. May not be correct , but very good looking with the rear antenna. |

I have a PHS for a 69 Judge (a hardtop) with the power antenna, but never saw the car, did it actually get built with it or just a billing error?

Here is the PHS, worth noting it is a very early invoice (to Canada), actually it is one of the earliest I have (out of over 500). Seems most really early billed Judges were sent to Canada. Maybe to time things so that they could synchronize a Judge launch with all dealers. Maybe in January the power antenna prohibition hadn't filtered down to the plant level yet?
