Hot August Nights--Tonight
Lake Ozark, MO. There on vacation for a couple of days and going to see what it is all about. Leaving in 5 or so. Will try to post either Pontiacs or interesting 'other' stuff.

A great place, especially for water recreation. The lake is 40 miles long or so, plenty of coves to anchor and swim. Rent a boat if you don't have one. Evening stuff to do for adults and kids, go-carting, miniature golf, bars, Check out the Horny Toad at mile marker 8 or so, used to be a good waterfront bar/restaurant. Another was Backwater Jacks. Get to them by boat or car.

George,
Thank you. Just got back and was a bit disappointed as to the total number of cars and especially the number of Pontiacs. 2 newer TA's, One newer GTO & 5 others. I guess I am used to the GoodGuys @ Puyallup w/2500 and plenty of Pontiacs. But, hey, it didn't cost me anything but a gallon or so of gas. Wife liked it too. She didn't have to get out of the car. Been having trouble with her knee, so she really liked that part. Will post pics as soon as I get them downloaded from the camera. Oh, yeah, a a '58 Chieftian. One partial side shot and that is it. Sorry. But will post them. Not great but Pontiac pic's.
