i could be wrong, but they look like the original rally procar with the headrests. & maybe he ordered them from another company that offers actual parchment color or had them recovered?

when i bought my procar rallys a few years ago they were only available in the colors shown on the website. best price i found was on amazon. but looks like that company you linked to has more colors available.

I got them from Summit, they have headrests and I bought the tracks with them. It was a simple bolt in. I did not care the color was off. My car is a ****box anyway! lol
