I notice that a lot of the import car forum people or people kind of new to wrenching confuse 'turn over' 'crank' and 'start'. Makes it really tough to decipher when they post a question like, 'Car cranks but won't turn over'.

Yeah - I was confused about the PRNOD21 with the 5 speed. Seems odd if that was factory.

It might be a case of they only made one cluster for both because the manual transmission was so uncommon that it still made financial sense to offer it but not make 2 speedometer clusters. It doesn't have an indicator needle, but who knows?

Steering column is missing the hazard switch. Possible theft recovery where the dash and column was damaged?

That 64 is a lot of work. I have a 64 Cat convertible I have trouble bringing myself to do and it’s in better shape than that. Maybe 64’s aren’t my thing...

You mean serviver?
It is nice though...Love the black and white, especially the interior. Reminds me of my old '58 Caddy in the same colors. It's begging for a set of fuzzy dice to match. $12K is not bad at all I don't think...

He knew that calling it a survivor was too much of a stretch. "Hey, that's not what I said!"

Reminds me of the guys at shows with the plaques announcing "All original survivor." I'll ask "where are the Lemans gills/ fender badges / hood trim, etc." and the answer is usually "We didn't bother drilling the holes for them when we replaced the sheetmetal." Hmmm.

Except that the seller is asking $24,500.00 for it.

Different car now. Seller either sold or unlisted the 56 Pontiac he was selling and put up the new car shown.
