Default '64 Wood Wheel Question

I recently picked up a 64 wood wheel & it has a cancel cam on it that I haven't seen before with GTO applications. I wondered if this was a big car only use part? Anyone seen this part before? Thanks!

No part # on it. I think Scott nailed it, I looked up a '66 Chevy tilt cancel cam & this looks like the one.
It seems like this wheel may have served some time on a Chevy.
Thanks guys!

Option on ALL ‘64 Pontiacs., A body & B body. It was about $31.
