Thanks, Steve
Steve,

Here you go. White all original 1973 Formula SD. 19,000 miles, original paint, interior, brakes, tires. AC, posi, honeycombs, all the moldings, et cetera - two page window sticker. Lots of documentation, and even located in NJ. Only negative is TH400 transmission. Currently bid at $34,000.

Put me on the list for your black Formula if you suddenly find the need for garage space or extra cash.

Batter Up!

Ps - I'm serious about the list.

congrats Steve if you got it! Good thing another '73 SD didn't find it's way in your garage sooner as this one looks like the best possible condition and paperwork/history of any '73 SD you could have hoped to find.
Since you don't have to fight the Canadian Royal Mounted Police this time to get it delivered and titled, I hope we will be seeing a lot of pics soon!

..... i think the reason the site was down yesterday was so nobody would see Bob's post and link to the car on eBay -- until after someone had a good chance to make a deal with the seller .

no proof
just sayin'
haha

Many well wishes and congrats to whomever might have bought the car .
About roughly 10% of 73 SD's are ultra low mile unrestored time capsules -
believe this is the only ultra low mile 73 Formula unrestored time capsule i have heard about.
Other than 1 that was used for drag racing .

I love a good conspiracy theory!

I looked at this car about a year ago. If you remember the same guy had a 74 SD TA for sale and a 73 BG formula 455 non SD. This car was very nice and ORIGINAL. I was told it was never going to be sold.

I've been to enough Mecum auctions to recognize when the auctioneer is working the price up even when the bidding activity is not real. One of the first things I learned was the saying "there's no money in the room". This seemed to be the case tonight as they never showed a live bidder and they ended the bidding in a very short time without working the car very hard. Maybe I am wrong, but I doubt it. Surprising, this Brewster T/A SD is a beautiful car. It will be interesting to see what price it pops up at after the auction.

The Pontiacs are not getting a lot of love In Dallas.

$105,000 seems like enough for this RamAir IV

I took the white car out for a spin tonight and went to the local cruise night. Got there extra early to get a good spot.

Don't you just hate it when you show up at the prom and another "lady" is wearing the same dress you are? ;-)

A friend who lives in town has this original paint 50,000 mile, Brewster Green and white 73 SD. This is the first time he has brought it out locally in years
