1968 endura bumper fender paint chipped
I just got my car back from having it painted I made my 1st trip out to a car cruise and noticed a paint chip on driver side where endura bumper mounts up to fender. A guy told me that the bumper moved or rubbed. I hit. A small pot hole not hard is this what would of caused this to happen. Thanks. MJM1968

There should be a space between the the bumper and the fender, mine is set at 1/8 of an inch. That gives you some room for them to move independently of each other. If there tight it will definitely cause a chip.

It can definitely happen. As stated, there should be a little bit of space between the endura and the fenders. Hard for that paint to hang on right at that sharp rear edge if the fender is banging on it.
