I understand PHS no longer has documentation for 86 and new cars. GM has their grubby hands in it now through a company called Allied-Vaughn. GM called it part of their Heritage services.
Has anyone dealt with this company? I want to get a copy of the build papers for my 95 Firehawk so I can order a window sticker through PHS. I also noticed that this company seems to be more expensive.
