Default 1970 RAM AIR 4 SPEED CARBURETOR #7040573
1970 #7040573 WR 1680 dated all original carburetor for RA III/IV 4 speed California car. Worked when removed form my 70 TA. Will need rebuild. Includes divorced choke mechanism and Ram Air solenoid with brackets.
$2500 shipped.

Is this still available? My '70 Van Nuys Cal. emissions TA has it's original 7040573, but previous owner modified it plus it's missing the vent valve assembly. Seriously interested here, so please contact me ASAP.

My 7040573 is 0490, code WR. Build Sheet in box 18 says WR-82. Never have figured out what the meaning of the #82 is. TA is Van Nuys scheduled build date of May 25th, shipped May 29th.

Usually the number was the last 2 digits of the choke assy.

Thanks for letting me know. I apologize for not following up. My wife ended up in the hospital a few days ago so my mind was not on car things and since her return home have been being caretaker. If the buyer doesn't follow through on the purchase, please let me know and I will grab it.
