That 73 Formula is actually in Texas, not Cali.
Looks like a nice prospect too

Looks like a factory cruise set-up
If original to the car - its not a factory clutch car.
If it works - thats a nice bonus.

This guy was trying to sell me his car. Not original drivetrain, according to him it has a 455 h.o. engine, #17 heads for High compression he saids. Lol I asked him a few questions and he told me " you must be young, you obviously know nothing about pontiacs"

Esprit with Formula hood - I'd drive it.

Honeys would be a nice add.

Does appear to have been a factory 400 4-speed car. Would be interesting to see the PHS on it...

Agreed - hard car to put a value on. But it was cool when it was new

Thanks for the better link, Boss-

This is an observation more than anything else. 69 Firebird convertible with a blown 455, Trans Am hood and spoiler, mags, and an old school Grant steering wheel. Currently $16.1K with the reserve not being met in Texas (I don't believe the bid is real either because it's been live for <2 hours). The real question is, who would pay a lot for this car? It's something I may have dreamt about in the 90's, but it's really over the top now. Prolly the reason I only like 69 T/A hood on 69 T/A's and T/A clones. Why cut up a T/A hood to stick a blower through it?

Fiberglass repop hood - no harm, no foul.

64 GTO 4-speed 389 tri-power silver with a red interior. That color combo makes it worth it imo. &7200 reserve not met with a BIN of $12K in Oklahoma.
