After some advice from Pypes I ground mine down with a 4" grinder set flat across it. Cleared the bolts. Then he said to magic marker the inside of the bell. Bolt to the manifold then remove and see where it rubbed the marker off. Needs to rub all the way around to seal. Had to grind several times to finally do this. Seals good now.

Was a pain.
