72 Lemans
Friend just bought a 72 Lemans and one of the interesting thing on the invoice is what's called a "change alert". What exactly is that?

It usually means there was a variation from the original order of the car.
Could have been requested on the dealer/customer end, or a discrepancy at the factory end. The dealer would have been informed before the car was built if it were something on the factory end that required a change. Have heard it can also apply if the buyer needs to have the car delivered to a different dealer location than originally requested. |
