Default Fiberglass Nose GTO Installation Need help

I am installing hood and nose for the 70 GTO from Glasstek. Any pics of your fabricated supports for the nose to car, headlight mounts, grilles?

Based on all other threads i found, looks like you mount the headlight panels to the core support and the grilles to the bumper itself.

I want to ditch the super heavy stock arm mounts.

Ideas so far are fabbing thinner versions of the arms to mount bumper, using tubing with crimped flat ends and bonding nut serts or studs to the bumper and use a few of those to support at varying angles, etc.

BTW - Hood stock = 75lb, bolt on Glasstek 38lb
Nose stock with mount arms headlights, etc. = 99lb. Glasstek bumper was 9lb plus headlights and grilles comes to approx. 30lb.

Default Final weight reductions data

Figured out the nose - added brackets to the frame horns to vertically support then added 3 clips each side of the nose to mount to fender flanges. used stock top clips on the rad support also. rock solid.
Added clips to support grilles. All clips fiberglassed to nose. Headlights will mount to rad support but haven't gotten that far.

Here are the actual weight reductions measured when I went through this.
Glasstek bolt on hood - 37 lb Difference
Glasstek 70 Nose - 70 lb including grilles and stock headlight buckets with new nose.
Dynalite brakes - 45
Braille Batt - 25
Borgeson Man steering vs stock power - 25
Hood latch and center suppt remove - 7
Rear 3" over axle exh remove and add turndowns - 23
Rear valance remove - 6
238 lb total.

kept my inner fenderwells, air conditioning and cushy seat for now.
