Default "Guess that wheel size"

Hate Flickr and Pinterest. These two sites have some of the best pictures of 72's with perfect stance setups (perfect for what I have in mind for my 1972 anyhow).

Zero information on the cars of course.

Any guesses on wheel sizes would be great.

Additionally any lowering or tubbing modification information would be helpful.

Thanks for the help,
Matt

Look to be 18" wheels, about 9" wide in the rear and probably 8" up front.

Car is probably lowered about 2" at the most.

I'll go with, "what are 18s" Alex?"

18s on both cars? Or is the red one too hard to tell?

I'd say both, although the red one isn't the best angle.

Neither car has enough rear tire to require being tubbed.

There's quite a bit of room on a '70-'72 back there, with the right backspacing you can tuck a 10" wide rim in there. The low-profile 35, 40 and 45-series 18" tires don't have much sidewall bulge compared to say a 60 or 70-series 15" tire, so using really wide rims with 15" tires isn't nearly as easy as with 18s.
