Shoulder Harness, buckle side installation
For those of you that have shoulder harnesses in your 1967's, on the buckle side, the side that attaches to the same bolt as the seat belt, does the shoulder harness go on top or on the bottom of the seat belt? I have all of the parts and am ready to install them. Thanks!

This is '66 but I'm confident '67 would be the same;

I put the buckle side of the belt on the floor next to the console. I got the car and ran the PHS and found it was a factory shoulder belt car. That’s the was I did it and don’t know if it was correct or not back then. I have never seen another 67 shoulder belt car . Wore the shoulder belts all the time.

Thanks, which one is on top? the seat belt or the belt for the shoulder harness? It's floor pan, carpet, belt, belt, bolt. But which one is closest to the carpet?

VIEW B shows the Shoulder Belt on the bottom, so 428 has them in the correct orientation.
