66 convertible windshield posts paint
My car is burgundy with parchment interior. Should the inside surface of the windshield posts be painted parchment or satin black?

I would think they would be painted the same color as the dash top. My 67 is Mariner turquoise with a dark aqua interior and the posts are dark aqua.

The 1966 convertible parchment interiors had the interior side of the windshield posts painted with the same ivory (not parchment) paint that the tops of the doors were painted. The visors were also covered with the same parchment color as the seats and door panels.

Have you ever heard of them being painted "Wimbledon White"?

LOL.....that's what mine are. A guy had some leftover Wimbleton White from a Ford project and I got the paint. It's identical to Cameo Ivory....a warm, creamy white.
