TSB 69-I-49 dated 2/24/69 notifies of the deletion but every factory ran out of stock at different times so there's no set rule as to when it REALLY happened, based on dates, your car shouldn't have them but that's not to say it didn't!

Default Thanks,

Again thanks, the knowledge of what is out there and helpful hints amaze me. The people at this web page are the greatest.
I just wasn’t sure if the car had them. This is MI car. The lower part of the quarters was rusted off the car.

My car is a 04B Judge from Arlington and it has them.
Must be one of the latest.

another thing NOT necesscarily related but if you have steel inner windshiled pillars chances are no quarter extensions...

just another suggestion.... heck the cars look naked without them

My Fremont july 69 built GTO vert has them.

Also in the MPC I noticed that they had PN's for hardtop 1/4's with and without but only with for the converts.

North, thats interesting between the verts & hardtops getting rear mouldings or not.
My Fremont July 69 built Judge hardtop does not have them. This car has its original quarters so you can see where there was never any holes or clips installed for the mouldings. Although I do think they look much better with the mouldings.

I guess they did not want to service two different already low volume convertible 1/4's.

My Arlington-built 04B hardtop has the rear rocker moldings and steel inner pillars. It has the Judge emblem on the glovebox door, but no GTO emblem on the dash.

My 06d Baltimore vert had them. I don't have the build sheet to prove they came on them originally, but they had been on there a loooooooong time
