Talking Bo Darvelle inspired jump WTH

This was on a different forum and oh my bleep, bleep..........bleep. As Deappool would say should have worn my brown pants. I guess this lady was part of a hit and run and missed a turn. She supposedly walked out of the hospital after this.

I'm glad that the lady walked out of the hospital, so that we can joke about it.

"I hope nobody was in there."

Sure...it was a self-driving car with no passengers or a Joie Chitwood outtake.

I just can't understand the stupidity of some these days. Well, this is a testament to modern vehicle safety and crumple zones.

My awesome Grandma took me to see Joey Chitwood and his stunt driving team when I was a VERY small child in the early 60"s (I was born in 58) at the local dirt circle track, 1/4 mile, I believe...It was likely one of the early influences of my be an automotive enthusiast!!! I STILL remember THAT!!!

I think a driver camera is a VERY good thing, especially these days. A friend has one in his pickup. He is on the road alot, his job is sales...

I crushed three vertebrae in an accident, not as spectacular though. I went in a ditch hard and a down impact on the spine is bad. Affects me today. I would guess the
driver on this one may have had life changing spinal issues. The only thing the video said was non fatal. I just cringe on stuff like this. Hollywood grade, but ouch.

I've never intentionally tried to get a car up in the air. I did have some associates that... well, never mind.

As for the dash cameras, I had a weird thing happen a while back and decided I needed one. I have one now for all my cars. It records basically a 360 degree video view as you go down the road. I don't leave home without it.

Yep. Someone may survive that but they're never gonna be the same again.
