Help ID these tools?
I got a couple more tools/pieces of tools in a box at a sale a while back that I haven't been able to identify for sure.
The jaw or clamp pieces fit together and appear to hold a piece of pipe or rod. Not sure if these are part of a specific tool or something more generic for whatever you may need them for. The other tool is driving me nuts because I'm sure I have seen one before. But, I'm drawing a blank. As always, I appreciate any help you guys can give. Thanks

The first item looks like pipe jaws to use in an old-fashioned vise- where the front vise jaw is on a pivot down low and the lead screw is exposed between the jaws.

I had assumed it was a cutting bit.

No. 2 looks like a fixture for grinding the 45 degree angle on the retention clip of a .............. McGanzer Flange.
