Default 63 body shop build ticket uncovered

My 63 Bonne Safari finally got it's turn at the upholstery shop for a headliner install.

When the upholsterer called, sadly to tell me that the REM headliner I had supplied was a foot too short and had the wrong distances between the bows, he told me he had made a discovery!

After calling SMS and ordering a (hopefully) correct headliner (2 weeks lead time, but we'll see,,,,), I went to pick up the car. The upholsterer had found a "Body Shop Ticket" under the original headliner.

I am not familiar with this document and am attaching pictures for any further info someone may know about this 2-sided document.

Thanks,
James Q
