I know this isn't a forum and won't post anymore. But in answer. The turtle has no effect on the angle of the spray pattern in the direction of the ports. But important with a N/A application and possible velocity.
When you have 950 psi of nitrous forcing fuel in a certain direction, it's the holes and location that determine the positioning. That's why perimeter plates or center squirter plates have become popular especially with independent runner configurations.

Ever notice the Wilson bar plate and holes located further out towards the ends?
I never had an issues with fuel distribution N/A and the CV-1 intake. All my plugs read the same even after 65 passes and 3 sets used for minor changes and testing.

Like I PM'd ya. Do what ya want just passing on info and readings from experience and the CV-1 intake with a plate system. Like in the pic, I recommend the fuel seloniod and/or feed in the front.

Good luck. You pic looks awesome.
