Posting Pictures With MS Vista

Testing to see if I can post a picture with my new computer, which uses Microsoft Vista. I tried in the Lobby and the page I was on froze. Anyone have any ideas? I turned off the Pop-Up blocker and it didn't help.

Nope, it didn't work here either. I have to control-alt-delete to get out of the site and start over again.
