Can you get a close up picture of the tear in the seats?

Certainly...Another member sent a PM this morning with an offer on the seats (after messaging earlier this week), and I am scheduled to remove them from storage this afternoon to obtain an estimate on shipping. If it's ok and to be fair, I will be happy to take some close ups this afternoon and update after his decision.

Also and to clarify, the stitching on the seams at the top is separating--the leather is not torn. As most of you know, the seams separating at the very top is a common problem for 04-06 GTO rear seats. There are no tears or rips in the seats--in fact, the seats are in very nice condition, except for the seams at the very top of the seats.

Thanks for the reply.

I have an offer on the seats pending the buyer's decision and/or arrangement of shipping--I'd like to give him a day or two to try to make arrangements. I spent a good part of the afternoon yesterday trying to figure out shipping on my own to no avail; so, pending his decision, if anyone knows the optimal/most inexpensive way to ship and they become available again, I am willing to package accordingly. I measured (approximately given the angles) and the closest I could get to both upper and lower packaged together would be 44x20x34. I added a few inches to each measurement to calculate shipping of a box of that dimension (46x22x36), and in some cases, the quote came back as astronomical (UPS) or did not not qualify for shipping (USPS). That said, I am willing to construct a box or wrap in bubble/cellophane to conform to shipping guidelines in the event a carrier can be found.

Given it would cost for supplies, materials, and time, I would kindly request that anyone who purchases the seats would need to arrange and pay for shipping on their own and pay the full price of the seats @$100. I did see similar seats on eBay at much higher prices with shipping costs as low as $55; however, it's not clear the method they are proposing for the shipment.

Attached are photos of the seats, including the shots of the seams at the top that are separating. As you can see and other than the separation of the seams, the seats are in excellent condition.

Interestingly, I do; however, it is broken. It belongs to my fiancee (she has an 06), and we just replaced her driver side visor a few months ago. The one that came out of the car is available; however, the plastic shoulder cracked because the hinge stuck when she pulled down the visor. After removing the visor, it appeared (if I remember correctly) that the shoulder can be glued and some lube to the hinge might do the trick; however, I am not 100% sure and did not focus on repairing it.
