Wish it was still Verdoro Green! I'm high bidder but reserve was not met. I'm not increasing my $25k bid. Any thoughts on "value"

You would pay 25k for a column shift color change car?

Agree with north on the nice option load. Column shift wouldn't bother me since it has the bench. Column shift with buckets looks a little out of place, IMO. Don't want to pick the car apart because it looks mostly original and has a great looking interior but a couple things strike me as out of place: paint on motor looks more green than silver blue which I think they were still painting 70s so obviously you'd want verify the numbers. Red paint on underhood fender fasteners does not scream attention to detail with the repaint.

I'm not sure that "survivor" is a suitable description for this car.

Default Not a Survivor!

> Paint change < ,so it is not a "numbers matching" like seller claims and definitely not a Survivor!

I'm not sure how to read a 1970 Protect-O-Plate, but I think the (D2) stands for Bermuda Blue Met. with Black Cordova Top?

Bolts and clips where inner fender attaches the outer fender are Red.

Lots of nice options.

It says Verdoro Green on the bottom of the invoice. Nice looking car. Too bad they changed the color.

Thanks!

I see that info at the bottom of invoice. Just curious what the (D2) stands for? I don't know much about the later GTO's.

Webster says, Survivor.

"To remain alive or in existence after. To continue living."

A bench seat, column shift GTO is worth at least 25% less than the same year car IMHO.

I think the color change hurts as much or more than the bench seat. This car looks nice but is not a survivor at all to me, in the collector sense of the word.
