Well I ordered over $3500 in parts from these guys and have I have installed them all myself.
First.....weather stripping, I bought a full weather stripping kit for my firebird before I put it on my doors were 100% perfect even , now the doors when closed on the "double click" are over 3/4" sticking out. Called them to see about it and they said it just needs to "wear in", well here we are 4 months later, still the same distance as the day I put the stripping in. Second......Backglass molding, when I received the parts I checked the items to see if they were all there, which they were, about a month later I finally get to the back glass molding, pull it out of the "bubble" wrap to find 2 of the pieces are bent to ****. e-mail them 4 times with pictures and never get a response. call them and I am on hold for over 1/2 hr and had to get back to work. third......this doesn't have to do with them specifically but some of the quality of the parts are just crap, the door pulls are so cheap I coulda made them the clips for the hood insulation just WILL NOT stay in....just frustrating is all. Man am I pissed, spend that much money and get no customer service that's what I am really mad about. A good friend will get you out of jail, a best friend will be sitting beside you saying, dam that was fun!"

Just a damn shame the American consumer has to put up with crap reproduction musclecar sheetmetal, because the effort cannot be put into building it right, but instead the emphasis is on building it cheaper than the other big supplier.
By Jkeene's "want it perfect, buy it nos pal" comment, he obviously doesn't know much about worn out sheetmetal dyes & "culled" parts thrown in bins & sent to GM Service parts. Sheetmetal... NOS '70-72 Skylark-GS fenders, anyone ever hear of any hardcore restorers using them on a high point GSX? Similiar scenario with NOS '70-72 Cutlass fenders? Amazing how really nice original fenders of the above examples will line up & NOS won't.
