Default Dual Exhaust hangers

My Waldron dual exhaust for the 68 wagon finally came in. Anyone know where to source exhaust hangers? I can probably rebuild the one muffler hanger but I will need a second and the two that hold the tail pipes
Thanks,
John-

I was able to get one side done. Auto zone had a muffler hanger with the right size rubber strap to make the old hanger new again…I’m going to have to fab up the drivers side muffler mount if I can’t find another…
But i have some time now because I have to call waldren. They shipped 2 different sized mufflers. one is 14inches and the other is 17. The 14 is the one I used for the pass. Side. I only had to cut about an inch off the long down pipe to make it work. The 17 is just too big Id have to cut where a bend is to make it work…

So apparently a stock exhaust has a 14inch muffler on the pass. Side and the drivers side gets the 17…
Never knew that…
after a call to Waldron I had to take 2 3/4 off the drivers down pipe to make it work.

I believe only the A body duals had unequal length mufflers in 69. Sounds like Waldron made a mistake.

As for those hangers I’ve been only able to scrounge used ones and then replace the rubber. Now I’m reduced to fabrication of the metal bits..

John at Waldron rechecked the card. And he said this is what he had for a 1968 catalina dual exhaust. I cut the 2 3/4 off the driver down pipe and everything lines up…
I was able to find the top peice that attaches to the frame with the rubber isolator. I just have to bend up the bottom peice this weekend…

There is no one reproducing these I assume? They would probably be well received.

Waldron told me no one makes those hangers.

You can sort of use the repro tailpipe hangers for the automatic transmission GTO’s to hang the tailpipe. On the plus side the two metal parts needed to make the B body muffler hangers are pretty easy to fab.
