Default Dash speaker replacement

Is it possible to replace the dash speaker without pulling the dash on a 65 with ATC? Installing a Bluetooth kenwood mini amp under the seat to power front and rear speakers, and then adding in under seat speakers.

You should be able to just remove the top of the dash. On my 1965 Bonneville there was a stud with nut from the dash top through the firewall area into the plenum where the wipers are located. I used one of those double speakers that replaces the stock single speaker in the front.
