Default '65 Cat accelerator linkage

Regarding the firewall mounted linkage on a '65 Cat w/auto trans: was the same linkage used for both 4 bbl. applications and tri-power? I believe I have heard mention of differences, but I don't know for sure. Any help greatly appreciated!

I believe that everything is the same up to the bellcrank.

The inset sketch in the middle of the page is for tri-power ST. Looking at the two bell crank sketches about the only difference seems to be the link to the automatic transmission. But why that difference only for tri-power manual transmissions? Would seem that the same should apply for 2 or 4 bbl ST also. Maybe just an oversite or confusion on the part of the draftsman who made the sketch that was never caught on proof reading.

I have several '65 bellcranks that are freshly plated. They were the same from '65 to '67 for sure. PM me if you need some of these parts.

It's a little hard to tell from the tiny pic, but the bushings, grommets, and retention method for the bellcrank, tri-power vs 2bbl, 4bbl look to be different. It looks like the bellcrank is supported by rubber grommets and felt washers vs hard plastic bushings and retained by clips on the tri-power. Possibly because of the extra load to pull three carburetors open vs one.
