Default 63 Gr Prix Blower Motor Removal help

Looking for tips & tricks to remove and replace the HVAC blower motor on my 1963 Gr Prix with AC. Its pretty tight in that area by the AC evaporator / heater box.
The 63 service manuals say to remove the RH inner fender wheel well. I really dont want to mess with that.

Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated

I got a new heater core for my 63 non/ac. The service manual says remove the inner fender to replace, I decided it could wait....

Years ago when I worked for Pontiac we cut a hole in the inner fender and then patched and under coated the fender.
