I have an 1150 that was converted by Mark Sullins. I have the carb with silver -08 inlet’s, jegs aluminum throttle cable bracket, new spare set of bowl/metering plate gaskets, wilson 4hole spacer, 2 new carb to intake gaskets, safety plate and 14” air cleaner drop base (just the bottom) I know it’s not quite what you’re asking for but since no one had anything I thought I would chime in.
