Default 70 400 oiling issue

i have a freshly rebuilt 70 400 and im priming prior to starting and cant seem to get oil to pass side oil galley,all oil plugs are in,have 95 psi,and have primed multiple times for about 3min each time and still dry. any sugestions what the prob could be? thanks!

Did you turn the engine over every 90 degrees and prime for 2 rotations?Tom

Are you SURE about the rear passenger side threaded plug behind the expansion plug?

Also, 95 psi indicates too thick engine oil.
Pontiac V8´s requires 10w30 (10w40 for RA engines) weight oil to flow out into lubricating locations in engine.
20w50 needs to be 120°-130°C (248°-266°F) to flow and protect engine as well as 10W30 does at 90°-100°C (194°-212°F).

Yes did try rotating couple times,also I double checked oil plug front and rear. I've always used the rotella diesel oil I believe 15 40 in other pre prime pont engines and has worked ok.
