1996 bonniville blowing out fuel
i have a 96 bonniville that is blowing out raw fuel out the exhaust anyone
happen to know what the problem may be? |

Didn't they have a problem with the fuel pressure regulators?

Raw fuel out the exhaust? how is it running otherwise? It could be the Fuel Reg is bad letting to much fuel, but more likely it is a misfire of one of the spark plugs, or a partually clogged fuel injector. But we will need more info to help, Check engine light on? Any codes being sent out? (if you have access to a code reader, if not most auto parts stores will read the codes for you.) How many Miles? Did you work on anything shortly before the problem started? I myself have been guilty of creating one problem wile fixing anouther.

well heres the thing i just talked to my uncle the one i got it from and ther is no check engine light on he said he cleaned the front four injectors so it could be a rear but before all this happened he changed the plugs and wires then after it started doing this e put a new fuel pressure regulator on it and and egr valve i dont have the car with me at this moment but will have it in my possion after christmas

Raw fuel out the tailpipe??? Our you sure its not condensation. I don't think raw fuel is going to make it past a cat. Front 4 inj ? you mean front 3. 3.8L engine. How does the car run?
