I did one of our car and Ralphs car aslo they came out pretty good.

those are some nice pictures!
brian don't worry to much about lifting, you can only learn by experiancing it. wait till you get that f-2 back on there and it hooks. like i said, pull the gears and just pedal it a little if it is stil up.

It's funny Brad, I've rehearsed 100 times in my head and in the car what I will do if the car tries to go up...but when it happens, it happens so freakin' fast. I tried to pedal it but the carb loaded up and shut the car off in mid-air. I didn't even have a chance to pull 2nd gear. That's how I broke the oil pump last year. The pan hit the track, it hit the pick-up, and upset the gear in the pump...cracked the gear in two pieces

Next time I'm just going to pull 2nd and 3rd if I have too to get that biotch down...I wouldn't be lifting!!!!!!!!!! I had crash bars welded in under the chassis before Norwalk, to hopefully prevent the same thing happening again. Thankfully I haven't had to use them yet.
