Talking 1969-70 Ram Air IV Judge

Looking for an original RA IV Judge (no clones), 1st choice would be original engine but not a deal breaker. 1 st choice would be a 4 speed but auto not out of the picture. Looking for, original, recently restored or older quality restorations JUST NO BOAT ANCHORS(lol). I'm a serious buyer with cash in hand willing to pay a fair price, for the right 69-70 Ram Air IV Judge . Contact me with what you have and we can talk. Thanks Chuck 330-714-7916 amehenley1@msn.com

There is a gold '70 GTO RAIV for sale at Classic GTO's. Solid driver, 4-speed. Want $65, with correct non-numbers RAIV block.

I recall that car either had a 455 installed or was a 455 car originally, there was talk about it multiple times on here.

Archives have the threads.

Heres one if this is the same car your are referencing in your post:

That has to be the same car I was referencing.

I was e-mailed the PHS, which had the RAIV option, provided it was the same VIN.

Car now has a later Pontiac 400, but they have a "correct" IV block that can be purchased with the car.

Jeff,

Here is the car I am talking about.

http://www.customclassicgto.com/node/155

When I inquired mid-late December, 2008, it did not have a correct IV block. But, they had one that could be purchased with the car. As a result, we went with a different car.

OPH,

No, I did not see that car. I met Quint at about that time period, as he had just found a numbers matching 70 SS396 Chevelle, and started restoring it. I was looking for some help with a '70 SS I had at the time.

I tried to get Gerg Ciuba to paint that Chevelle, but he didn't want to. Funny.

Is that RAIV car still in this area?

Mark
