Looking for a set of rectangular Guide headlamps

I'm looking for a set of 4 original rectangular Guide headlamps in good working condition (for use on my 79 T/A). It should also have good physical appearance. They should be clear and not sandblasted. If possible, provide photos.

They were used on all late 70s and early 80s GM cars.
