Guess I'll pile on here too..
1974 Trans Am, 455, A/C delete, Admiralty Blue with deluxe interior in basic black. Here is a link to some of the minor restoration photos. It's basically a project car that runs and drives great as is but deserves a full resto. http://scooby.cs.nwu.edu/greg/74TA/

Hi. i have a 74' formula 455, non ram air. 65,xxx miles, auto, 3.08s, a/c, deluxe black int, tilt, tinted glass, 15x7 ralley IIs, 2 owner car, originally gold but now white ext. basically stock. Factory non-tach car. Why would you order a 455 car with no tach? This is the best car i have ever had. Thank god nice weather is about here to stay for awhile. This winter has driven me nuts just having to look at it and not be able to drive it.

Hi! There sure are a lot of 76's. Mine is almost completed after two LONG years. It's bk/bk- 4-speed, 455 with a BDS 871 blower. She's bored .40 over, decked- line bored and honed with 4 bolt forged main caps. Most everything that could be forged is! I went with a comp PXE 284H-10 cam. Also put Wilwood pro street front and rear brakes on. MSD set up and powder coated Hedman headers. I put side pipes on but they blew off first time I fired it up so I will have to go back to the 3" flow master exhaust and leave the pipes for looks! It's scheduled to be painted on the May 15 and I'm really looking forward to cruising season. I also have a 79 Silver 10'th anniversary TA which is stock and sorry to say for sale. I want to say thank you to everyone on this site who has given me advise on restoring my car. It has been appreciated more than I can say. I'm going to try to add a picture of my "precious car" but really don't know how to do that! Happy cruising everyone!

I am currently flying a '65 goat(grazing perhaps), but in '75 through '78 I was flying a stellar blue 1975 Formula 400. I still dream that I have that car in my garage.

Hello everyone....Its been awhile since Ive been on here but Ive been seeing alot of birds fliing by and thought Id say hello to you all. You may have seen my 75 maybe not. I think its the only one like it out there. I havent seen any like her. Not that there cant be one but I have yet to see one. I spent my day yesterday working on taking the motor out. I had the motor built by PowerSource Racing Engines in Fox Lake Illinois three years ago. Now Two more Championships later I think its time to open her up and build her some more. I got a 12.640 @ 106.94 out of her this year. I cant believe that when I bought her I was running 15's on the ole 400. Now running 12's all day is soooo much more fun. I know she can do 11's I just have to do the work that Im doing and hopefully high 11's without NOS. All Gas!!! God you got to love it a 3995 lbs car and her fat butt moves. My Chevy friends cant believe it when I smoke them....lol Well hello to you all Take Care PhatDaddy and PhatDaddy Racing

That is a nice looking Trans Am. For whatever reason, the 74,75,76 models look good in silver.

I've got a 76 T/A 50th Anniversary with a 400-4speed combo. It's got Hurst Hatches and is all stock other than the dual exhaust. Currently its only got 52,000 miles and is pretty much perfect. The interior is black and its even still got the factory AM/FM radio. I'll try to get some pics up this weekend..

Hey to start off with Thanks Trev .... I think the silver is the best myself. I see alot of red and white but you dont see very many silver in 75. Hey Banitone thanks also. Yes she has some get up and go to her. It took me some time to find the power but I think Im on the right track with her. I took the motor out of her last weekend. Im going to do a few more mods to her. Freshen her up some ....new gaskets and things but I know where Im losing power so I have to work on that. Its just so must fun when Mustangs pull up to me at the lights. I just laugh...Hit the gas and laugh.... I hope to have her rocking for the Pontiac Nationals in 2005. It sure is fun driving Pontiac's You got to love it.....PhatDaddy and PhatDaddy Racing

1974 Trans Am, Admiralty Blue, no bird, 89,000 original miles, originally a 400cid 4-spd, now 472cid Edelbrock heads, headers, etc., 2.73 posi, poly bushings, orginal springs, gas shocks, still debating on 8" snowflakes or 8" rally II's. When my buddy gave me the car 12yrs ago it had been setting for 10yrs before that with spun rod bearings. The second owner had swapped the original heads, cam and pistons out for a set of RAIII's, 0.030 over pistons, RAIV cam, and headers. They had also added a gold bird and other decals which I didn't know were not stock until I got on here. It also had 7" snowflakes on it. Those are some of the reasons why I wasn't worried about fully restoring the car plus the fact that back when my buddy originally bought it we had all these big dreams of how the car should be and now I get to put it as close to that as I can.
