Default Aerosol Verdoro Green touch up paint

Who do you guys recommend for a rattle can of Verdoro Green paint?

I just want something for doing bolt heads and detailing work. Preferably single stage, gloss acrylic enamel or lacquer.

Thanks

In the 4 different times, I've called on them their match was spot on.
I just bought a paint pen for my '66 and again right on. Perfect for little knicks.

I'm a bit confused by their site ... says it's a bc/cc system. I was hoping for a basic single stage gloss.

If you go through the order process they offer spray cans. I just ordered some Atoll blue touch up for my 70 GTO after seeing this.

I went through the order process and it wanted me to add a can of clear coat. If they are really selling basecoat clearcoat then the base is not gloss. I didn't order because I can't tell if the base is actually a stand alone gloss paint.

I highly recommend automotive touch up. They sell from paint pens to gallons. I painted my car with paint from them and have been very pleased. I had some untouched original spots and the colour match was without exaggeration PERFECT. As far as bc/cc, yes the spray cans (and maybe all of their stuff) is a base coat paint. When you spray out of the can it will be flat. You then spray a clear coat over the top for the shine. Its really not too big of a deal. I have used their spray cans on hidden spots. If you have any questions give them a call. I did that when I was ordering by the gallon and they were more than helpful to talk to. You can either buy their clear in a spray bomb or use your own clear. For my car I used S/W clear and it worked just fine.

check with your local auto paint stores, they can usually mix up any type of paint you want (single stage enamel) in a can. ive had my local sherwin williams auto paint store put single stage in a can for about $30.

keep in mind any new paint probably wont be a perfect match to older paint thats been sun faded, but for small items like you mention it shouldnt be an issue.

Last night I used some old PPG Verdoro Green I had left over from 20 years ago, basic acrylic enamel SS. Seemed to work fine ... but a pain to mix up a tiny batch for the gun.

Yes, this isn't for any kind of exterior touchup, just for the odd nut, bolt, bracket etc. that I might miss during the painting process.
