Default Distributor questions

So…
Going thru a few distributors and organizing
And labeling them….

I am choosing a couple to keep
And I was curious of the better
Advance cam for a 428 6x4 head
This number is stamped under the rotor

522
524
528
532
I wanted to have a 1111449 428 freshened up
It has a 532 in it now.
Any one help with specs of each??
And what one you would prefer to use

Thanks
Scott

My homemade chart says 524 for the 1111449 distributor. I could be mistaken.

I have a 449 and a 270. The 449 is the original for my 68 400. Both have 524.
My understanding is for 68 models, the 449 is for manual trans, 270 for automatics

That is what my chart says too.
